Video Requirement:

  • To process any refund or exchange, customers must provide a video recording of the parcel being opened. This video should clearly show the condition of the parcel and its contents at the time of receipt.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or any complaints will not be entertained without this video evidence.

Return Process:

  • Ensure that the video is recorded in a well-lit environment and clearly captures the packaging and items inside.
  • Submit the video along with your return request through our designated channels.
  • The video should be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Once the video is reviewed and the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
